What we collect, and why.

Only what the product actually needs to run.

• Account info. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo. That's how we know it's you.
• Learning activity. Which articles you've read, completed, skipped, or starred, plus any notes or chat links you save against an article.
• AI Coach conversations. If you use the Coach, your questions are logged for up to 90 days, then automatically deleted. More in the section below.
• Technical data. Your IP address — used only to apply fair-use limits on the AI Coach (so one shared network can't be used to get around per-learner limits), nothing else.
• Email engagement. Whether you open or click the emails we send you, so we know they're actually reaching you.

To run your daily plan, and nothing you'd call a surprise.

• Build and show your daily assignment, and track your progress through it.
• Send the emails you'd expect from a daily-learning product — assignments, reminders, account notices.
• Power the AI Coach's answers, grounded only in ProgVale's own articles.
• Apply fair, non-punitive usage limits — a reading streak unlocks more AI Coach credits; we don't hard-block shared networks.
• Understand what's actually being used, so we can improve the product.

We don't sell your data. Ever.

Grounded in our own content, logged for accountability.

The Coach answers only from ProgVale's own curriculum — it won't invent facts, and it says so when something isn't covered. Every exchange (which model answered, how many tokens it used, how long it took, and whether it succeeded) is logged to a private database so we can debug issues, audit for abuse, and measure accuracy.

These logs are kept for 90 days, then automatically deleted. They're not reviewed routinely, and never sold or shared outside the services below.

No third-party ad trackers.

Your sign-in session is kept in your browser's local storage so you stay logged in — it's sent only to ProgVale's own servers, never to an ad network or analytics reseller.

You can ask what data we hold on you, or ask us to delete your account and everything tied to it, at any time. We may update this policy as the product changes — this page's date at the top will always reflect the latest version.
